THE JOB OPPORTUNITY: Broker WE OFFER THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: • Build agent relationships, find sources of business, and be creative in placing risks and product opportunities • Produce income by brokering specialty Property and Casualty lines of insurance • Seek opportunities to access new insurance markets and products • Play a producer role in the dynamic growth of a highly successful and consistently profitable company • Use cutting-edge technology to deliver high quality service to agents and agencies • Partner with a service-oriented corporate headquarters staff WE EXPECT THE SUCESSFUL CANDIDATE TO: • Define and monitor successful sales and marketing strategies in cooperation with senior management • Be technologically savvy and data driven and develop those capabilities in the branch office team • Supervise execution of company underwriting guidelines, corporate policy and procedures, and compliance with contract terms • Manage relationships with retail agents and branch underwriter/broker producers • Monitor competitive climate and, in cooperation with the corporate headquarters • Drive consistency and quality in operational processes • Find and cultivate brokerage markets • Find and build agent relationships to promote business growth • Be creative in developing solutions for individual risk placement as well as program business development

Job Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum 2 years of experience in the insurance industry Insurance license preferred COMPENSATION Competitive compensation and benefits package available to successful candidates
