The preferred candidate will be expected to handle all complex billing calls and transactions that have a financial impact to the company.
WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION?
Basic overall job function:
Main priority is providing excellent customer service to all customers — both internal and external. Respond to inbound calls from policyholders and agents, and make outbound calls as needed. Respond to all complex billing inquiries or transactions that impact the company financially, research and follow through to resolve accounting issues &/or problems. Will require working a shift until 6pm and contribute to an 8pm rotation shift (1x per month)

Education, Experience, & Skills required:
High school diploma/GED 2 years customer service experience Excellent customer service skills Effective verbal and written communication skills Proficient automation skills Mathematical/analytical ability Ability to multi-task, prioritize & manage daily work activities Willingness to work in a team environment Required Competencies:
