Bilingual Claims Adjuster Trainee

Our Dallas, TX office located on Quorum Drive on the south of Belt Line Road near the Dallas Tollway is offering an entry level Bilingual Claims Adjuster Trainee position. Claims adjusting is fast-paced and challenging. Starting salary is $36,000/yr. Responsibilities Learn how to investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle automobile accident claims. Includes first and third party material damage, liability decisions, and basic level bodily injury claims. You will complete four weeks of classroom training. Followed by on-the-job training and mentoring. Requirements· Bachelors Degree (All majors) 1 year customer service experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent analytical, problem solving and conflict resolution skills Must be self-motivated and resourceful Ability to work well in a team environment PC literacy is necessary including MS Office and Outlook Bilingual Spanish a plus Apply online through the Apply Now button or at www.bristolwest.com.
