A Nationally recognized Heath Insurance company is looking for qualified CSR reps to join their team with strong Customer Service Skills skills. Qualified candidates should have knowledge of HRIS systems and Microsoft Office products, including Microsoft Excel and Access. They will be expected to have the ability to understand and interpret Health & Welfare plans and relay that information to employees calling for information or assistance in enrolling for their benefits.
This position includes processing enrollment information, answering inquires about benefits plans, analyzing and monitoring data files, and resolving any errors. Additional responsibilities will include running jobs to generate enrollment materials. Must be able to support Benefits Administraters by providing a positive approach to resolving issues and completing all assigned tasks according to a strict processing schedule. Requirements include strong focus on client satisfaction and customer service, experience in benefits-related field (i.e. Health & Welfare administration, COBRA experience a plus), demonstrated resolution skills, and use of independent judgment with minimum supervision.
Requirements
Job duties include administration of client Health and Welfare benefit programs, including Section 125 Plans. Qualified candidates should have knowledge of HRIS and benefit administration systems and be familiar with Microsoft Office including Excel and Access.
Responsibilities include:
- Analyzing and monitoring data files
- Generating and transmitting regularly scheduled files to carriers and clients - Processing open enrollment applications
- Tracking information- Documenting benefits changes and updating files- Answering questions pertaining to various benefits plans and processing inquiries- Must be comfortable in a fast paced environment- Must have strong customer service background
*Benefits Experience a plus
