USAA is currently seeking talented Bank Origination Specialists for our upcoming October classes for our Phoenix, AZ location. As a Bank Originations - Consumer Lending for USAA's lending division (auto loans or first mortgage), you will provide outstanding customer service in an inbound/outbound environment, while ensuring that every member feels valued. You will provide individual counseling to our members on the various features and benefits of our primary banking package. You will also work with members to determine their individual needs and then suggest the most appropriate product(s) and/or service offerings. Additional responsibilities will include originating, approving and fulfilling products in compliance with all Bank and regulatory requirements. Qualified candidates need to possess: High school diploma or equivalent plus 2 years' customer contact and/or sales experience and/or 60 college credit hours and/or successful completion of military services and/or 1 year of customer contact experience plus 30 college credit hours. Acquisition and maintenance of applicable licenses. Ability to work varying shifts Monday - Friday between 7:30am and 10:00pm, Saturdays 8:00am and 6:00pm, as well as holidays. Ability to attend up to 6 weeks of paid structured classroom training: Monday - Friday 8:00am -4:30pm. This role includes a shift differential for working after 6:00pm and on weekends.
