BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE TRAINEE
Cotton States Insurance is seeking bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Reps for its Call Center in the Perimeter Mall area. We are located near the Dunwoody Marta Station. As a Cotton States employee, you would be eligible to buy a discounted breeze card for use on MARTA. The start date for this class is October 13, 2008.
Starting salary is $30,500, increasing to $31,000 after agent license is obtained and increasing to $32,000 ninety days after the start date if performance has been acceptable. Cotton States also offers competitive benefits including medical, dental, life and vision insurance.
Training is provided by the Company Mon-Fri 9:30 a.m.-7:00 p.m. (EST) the first week and 10:00 a.m.-6:30 p.m. for the remaining training period. Must pass property/casualty insurance agent license exam in three attempts during training.
Following training, work hours are: Mon-Fri with start times from 8:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. May occasionally work on Saturday.

Job responsibilities
The responsibilities of this position include:Respond to incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service on all lines of property and casualty (P/C) business while meeting department established accountabilities and corporate competencies; Log each call on SIEBEL software including what action will occur and what follow up is necessary by the agent;
Required Skills
The qualifications and skills needed to perform this job include:Exceptional customer service skills; Strong oral and written communication skills; P/C insurance knowledge; Computer skills required; Ability to key at least 30 wpm and listen simultaneously; Ability to multitask and work as a team; Willing to accept coaching.
