Safeco has an exciting opportunity for a customer focused and analytical-minded individual to join our Claims team. As a claims examiner, you will:

* Use your strong decision-making skills to investigate property and casualty claims
* Showcase your analytical skills to arrange and settle property damage appraisals
* Use your strong communication skills to secure information and educate the customer
* Strengthen your multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment

The ideal candidate will cover Redwood City, Palo Alto, Mountain View, and Sunnyvale territory.
Handles outside claims requiring auto damage analysis and negotiation with repair facilities and customers.
Have the ability to effectively work independently.
Additional responsibilities include territory management of Auto assignments via inspection and business partner utilization.
BA/BS Degree or equivalent work experience writing automobile estimates.
Prior management experience a plus.
