Ensures that training programs are properly utilized.Authorizes and/or approves all claims payments in conformity with established limits of authority.Directs the settlement activity of Claims Representatives.Submits cases exceeding own authority with personal recommendations to the Regional Claims Manager.Reviews and resolves coverage matters within authority.Reviews the settlement activity of the Branch Claims Office to ensure sound systems, service, supervision, and security.Reviews subrogation and salvage procedures to ensure optimum dollar recovery.Reviews the office services operation to ensure proper work flow and mail and file circulation.Responsible for compliance with published Company procedures. QUALIFICATIONS:  1+ Years Managing Over 20+ Claim Professionals 3 + Years Handling Auto Bodily Injury Claims Exceptional Coverage Knowledge Complex Claims Experience Litigated Claims Experience Subrogation Claims Procedures Salvage Procedures
