Make decisions about liability / compensability. Evaluate losses. Negotiate settlements. Manage an inventory of commercial property / casualty claims (involving bodily injury or significant property loss).Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Ability to provide information in a clear, concise manner with an appropriate level of detail, empathy and professionalism Ability to build and maintain effective relationships Effective analytical skills to gather information, analyze facts, and draw conclusions Good negotiation skills. Employees are required to obtain a property / casualty license in some states.
