Scope of position:



To market Annuity products to a group of independent agents and brokers. Consult with and support Agents, Registered Representatives, and agencies to determine appropriate products for their clients, build their business, and educate. Recruit new producers to Advisors IG, and continuously grow and take ownership in your personal success.







Responsibilities:Utilize every call as an opportunity to ask for the business, on both inbound and outbound contacts.Promote Allianz products and philosophy to the field.Develop, share and use sales phrases and ideas on each call. Ask for referrals from agents in order to build book of business.Understand importance of the field and how their communication impacts the bottom line, along with overall hierarchy tree and where the FMO/AFMO/agent and sub agent fall.Profile every new agent and then maintain said profile every 6 months for every agent in order to keep the most current record of the agents business in the market place.Being diligent in specifically finding who the major players in the field are.Gather any new information and how they wish to be contacted with marketing updatesMarketers must be able to properly recommend product for specific clients when requested by agents.Overall building and continuing relationships with agents in the fieldSolicit new contracts from new or existing agentsDevelop and maintain a relationship with new recruitsMentor new agents and solicit business from them

Qualifications: Strong Sales skills.Fixed annuity knowledgeBusiness knowledge of marketing processesAbility to work within a team environmentAble to work under pressure while maintaining deadlines.Excellent communications skills Ability to prioritize projects and duties.Ability to handle situations diplomatically and effectively.Excellent problem solving ability.Ability to use PC with general computer skills
