Description:
Â
A full-time managing agent position with managerial responsibilities, including supervising daily office staff activities, achieving agency and corporate goals while providing efficient and accurate service.
Â
Â
This position is responsible for proactive sales and training of sales and service staff – specializing in personal lines. Serves as a customer contact, resolves customer concerns, and is responsible for multi-lining (prospecting and cross-selling) the existing client base. Property and Casualty license required.

Expectations:
 Oversee day-to-day operations of the agency
Â
 Coordinate and conduct annual employee reviews
Â
 Conduct monthly office meetings
Â
 Respond to all messages from clients before the end of the business day
Â
 Review cancellation list on a weekly basis
Â
 On a daily basis, call clients that have experienced a claim
Â
 Review the Care Review assignments and conduct any personally as deemed appropriate
Â
 Represent the agency as needed at the marketing functions/events.
Â
 Oversee purging and destruction of files each year per record keeping policy requirements
Â
 Reconcile daily remittance and oversee remittance procedures
Â
 Resolve customer service issues when elevated to management, and notify agent if necessary
Â
 Oversee and implement a proactive marketing process for the agency (includes supervising sales team prospecting processes for all staff).

 Complete and process policies for clients as needed
Â
 Complete Sales report on a daily basis

 Two years experience, college degree preferred

 Licensed certified

 Knowledge of company products and services

 Prior Customer Service experience preferable at a financial institution
