Administrative Functional Manager-Marketing

 

Summary of Responsibilities:

 

Accountable for providing general marketing support to the firm in order to positively impact the business objectives that have been set for the firm.

Principal Responsibilities:

 

1.  Run illustrations and assist producers with sales call preparation, including preparation of client files.

2.  Review conservation control lists and perform active conservation.

3.  Assist management and/or producers with the implementation of marketing programs, special initiatives, and CARDS or other lead generation programs.

4.  Provide telemarketing support and prepare bulk mailings to prospective clients.

5.  Develop and implement firm programs to turn service situations into sales.

6.  Set up and confirm appointments.

7.  Provide general administrative assistance to the producers.

8. Provide new business support to ensure applications are complete; Provide other new business related activities as requested by management or the producer.

·  Computer skills (Microsoft Office and Windows)

·  Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills

·  Good organization and time management skills and practices

·  Attention to detail

·  Ability to be a team player

·  Ability to adapt to change and work efficiently within a variety of situations

·  Willingness to assume additional responsibilities

·  Knowledge of MetLife policies and procedures are helpful
