Ultimate Staffing is currently partnered with a company in the Enfield, CT Area seeking an Operations Support Representative/Administrative Assistant Level II. As an Operations Support Representative/Administrative Assistant Level II, you will be responsible: · For ordering and maintaining supplies & materials. · Preparing mail system generated documents. · Retrieving, sending faxes, and copies. · A large portion of this position will be data entry. · Perform basic research to obtain information from system. · Reviews processed documents/files for accuracy and completeness. · May make routine amendments to processed documents/files based on research and/or established guidelines. · Will be responsible for interacting with clients to: obtain additional information Research Problems Determine Requests. Begins to utilize product knowledge when resolving basic service requests · May research issues using manuals, mainframes, imaging, PC systems and/or other documentation. · Will support a medium sized department with various levels of staff. · Some calendar management will be required. · Coordinating meetings and conferences when necessary. Requirements· Excellent Customer Service skills. · Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. · Highly proficient with MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook, SAP. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Must provide two professional references. · Must willing to have a Background, OFAC, and Social Security check run. · Must have 5-7 years of Administrative support experience. · Must have a solid work history. · Must have reliable transportation.
