Administrative Assistant

Cannon Cochran Management Services, Inc. (CCMSI), a leading Third Party Administrator in self-insurance services headquartered in Danville, IL, is seeking an Administrative Assistant for the Salem, Oregon office. 

 

Primary Responsibilities will be to process daily mail, perform administrative tasks and assist the reception desk.

 

Qualified candidate will posses the following:

- Knowledge of all Microsoft professional office programs

- Must be detail oriented, flexible and ability to work with minimal direct supervision

- Excellent oral communication skills and phone etiquette

- Self starter and strong organizational skills a must

- Ability to coordinate and prioritize items

- Participate as team member in a rapidly changing environment

- A minimum of 2 years office experience
