Activation Specialist

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Activation of IntegriClaim. Answering phones, applying payments and customer service related issues.

 Handle all activations, customer issues, and software renewals for IC customer

Respond to any customer issue that is not of a technical support or product support nature 

Work closely with the Account Specialists 

 Process activations of all MSB client Claims software based upon contract terms


EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:

Call center or customer service experience a plus.

High School Diploma.
