Avizent recognizes that both technical and interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively manage claims programs. Training provides specific curriculum and content to each associate, depending on the individual’s job title. In addition to core curriculum training for each position, ongoing learning and professional development are expected of each of our associates.
We are seeking an experienced OH Self-Insured Account Executive possessing 5+ yrs exp in worker’s comp claims handling and 2+ of account management or equivalent customer service exp. Must have working knowledge of OH workers' comp Self-Insured rules and regulations as well as the rating system utilized within the state of OH is mandatory. Computer literate in Office Windows and knowledge of risk management systems is desired. This position will serve as the primary contact on an assigned group of Self-Insured customers. Address questions, resolve problems, provide information and coordinate activities with various departments as required.
