Account Executive

We currently have a position open for an Account Executive and can accommodate office locations in New York, New Jersey or Washington, DC metropolitan areas.

 

The ideal candidate is a motivated insurance professional with at least 5 years experience working with middle market and large commercial accounts. The Account Executive performs various business development and technical assistance in order for the client team to deliver consistent Service Excellence. 

 

Responsibilities include:

 

· Gather, review and organize information to complete submissions and applications for new and renewal business

· Perform day-to-day customer service consultation and account  management

· Program Marketing and Underwriting Management

· Perform administrative oversight on duties such as billing,  processing and  maintaining database

· Serve as liaison between Production Staff, Insurance Company Staff and Administrative staff to ensure business is transacted in an effective and timely manner.

 

Requirements:

 

· 5 years technical work experience (risk manager, administrative, underwriting).

· A current P & C and/or Life and Health license

· Proven record of teamwork success, and someone who is driven by the opportunities of the competitive marketplace.

· Ability to work with and communicate with several different team members

· Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task are the keys to success in this role
