AMD Manager
Grade UThis position is responsible for directing and developing auto material damage claims personnel in the investigation, evaluation and negotiation of claims to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to company procedures.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Selects, guides, develops, monitors performance and makes salary recommendations for reporting staff. 2. Ensures compliance with good faith claims practices and company procedures. 3. Implement new programs and monitor the quality of work produced by assigned personnel. 4. Maintain working relationship with the Grange agents serviced by the office. 5. Distributes work, directs training, answers claims questions and assists in problem solving.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in related field and supervisory experience preferred. Five years claims handling experience desired. Insurance designation desired. Must possess strong communication and organization skills and ability to work with personal computer. Ability to interact with people in a professional manner along with a thorough understanding of insurance policies, coverages, and liability.NOT APPLICABLE
