The day to day responsibilities will include: oversight and involvement in community financials, budgets, and goals.

Marketing and involvement in activities that lead to census growth, promoting an environment that fosters resident and employee satisfaction and becoming intimately familiar with company philosophy and policies.

This position will be involved in all of the inner workings of a successful community 

 Ideal candidates will possess the following:

Must be passionate about working with seniors 3 years in Executive Director role of an independent living community Excellent financial aptitude with ability to review and work with budgets and financial reports such as P& Ls Experience in marketing, and improving census Good leadership and supervisory skills Customer service mentality Excellent verbal and written communication skills
