Applicants who are not local must be willing to relocate Prior MULTI HOTEL FULL SERVICE experience required Bachelors degree and/or comparable work experience Excellent communication, analytical, and writing skills Ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities Proficient in hotel Food & Beverage Proven Financial, Guest Service, and Quality Assurance results Experience in opening new hotels and capital improvements Experience with multiple property management systems Frequent travel will be required Hilton, Marriott, IHG, and Hyatt Brand experience is preferred The VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS will be accountable for areas in Guest Satisfaction, Quality Assurance, Organizational Leadership, People Development, Information Management, Asset Management, and Financial Management.
