Scape Bistro, in the Central West End of St. Louis, is currently seeking a highly motivated, experienced, results oriented Catering Sales Manger.  Scape has state of the art private dining facilities with an exhibition kitchen and all of the amenities. 

 

Requirements

 Minimum two years catering sales experienceExceptional communication skillsAbility to work a flexible schedule which may include working nights and weekends.Ability to lead a team of individuals to ensure a picture perfect hospitality experience for all guests. Must be able to multitask!Must be able to solicit new catering customers through traditional and non-traditional sales techniques.The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality, high energy and the passion to deliver world class dining experience!

Salary: $32,000 base salary plus commission.
