Travel Program Manager
Dittman Incentive Marketing is an innovative quality leader in the field of incentives, motivation and performance improvements with an opening for a Travel Program Manager.
You will work with Fortune 500 clients from a position of respect. You will be involved in the creation and delivery of heart and mind-moving incentive travel programs...starting with initial design and negotiation, finishing with on-site staffing and financial reconciliation, and encompassing everything in between.
We have an opening for a bright, enthusiastic person with a minimum of three years experience handling group incentive programs. Polished professionalism is a must, along with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude.
We offer a competitive salary, profit sharing, 401K, company-paid health insurance, beautiful office environment, and a host of other big-company benefits in a 32-year-young company. Planning and travel experience are a must. Incentive experience is preferred and industry certifications are a plus.
You must be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, heartfelt customer service and great organizational skills. You must like to travel, and you will need to know Word and Excel. The workload necessitates someone who is able to multi-task, prioritize, and who always takes a proactive approach. The position requires a detail-oriented person with good writing skills, and ability to budget and negotiate. Creativity is a useful talent to be successful in this position. A background as an event planner or meeting planner would be appropriate. Incentive experience is strongly preferred. This position requires the candidate to work full time in the office; tele-commuting is currently not an option for this position.
