Travel Agent Lead
This position is located in Keystone, CO
Supervise and assist travel agents with daily operations and escalation of travel related issues. Ensure overall accuracy of agents and provide feedback when needed. Provide exceptional customer service to reservation agents and guests. Ability to work unassisted while maintaining consistency in procedures and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Follow through on special requests and projects from mgmt.
Candidate must have thorough knowledge of Airline distribution, understanding of GDS, internet bookings and other channels. Conflict and management skills along with exceptional organizational and customer service skills are required. Strong verbal and written communication skills and a professional and positive attitude are required. Proficiency in Apollo a plus. Two years minimum Travel Agent experience required. Must have a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
