To continue our tradition of outstanding excellence, we are currently seeking a Tour Desk Receptionist to join our team.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Responsible for following up with guests prior arrival date and confirm hotel assignment & presentation. Accountable for answer any inquiries from owners and non-owners relating to the Las Vegas and surrounding areas. Review guest qualifications and verification joint household. Responsible for welcome visitors and owners who arrive for their vacation. Address special needs that owners and non-owners may have. Responsible for program tour reconciliations. Accountable for transportation arrangements to guests from Welcome Center to hotel. Other assigned duties.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Skills, Knowledge, Ability, etc.):High school diploma or equivalent experience required. Minimum of six months of administrative/secretarial experience. Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and multi-task. Knowledge of daily operations of the tour desk, gifting, marketing programs, in-house sales support and problem resolution. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Must be flexible to deal with and lead in ever-changing situations and have the ability to lead in a fast paced environment.
