The Fairmont Dallas is completing an extensive reinvention of our famed restaurant. The new Pyramid Restaurant & Bar, encompassing more than seven thousand square feet, will resonate with a modern, sleek, contemporary look evoking a stylish vigor and energy. With combined seating for 168, the Pyramid will feature the exciting new cuisine of Executive Chef j.W. Foster who innovatively mixes a local, organic and sustainable dining experience into each dish.

At this very exiting time, we are searching for top-notch, highly customer-focused people to fill the following positions:

Bartenders

Cocktail Servers

Server Assistants
