Senior Project Manager (1515)

The Sr. Project Manager must be able to successfully manage multiple projects of increased complexity across locations, business units and customers. Some of the requirements include but are not limited to:
* Responsibility for project delivery within specification, schedule, and budget utilizing accepted project management principles and methodologies.
* Ability to develop project plans and schedules; successfully lead teams in the execution of a project plan and be able to provide status on the key deliverables and milestones to appropriate stakeholders using relevant project management artifacts.
* Ensure that appropriate process, support and operations documentation is generated following agreed upon project, change control and release management practices.

Skills & Abilities include:

* 4 year degree and on-going association with PM sources and PM education; certification a plus.
* Demonstrated experience with complex project management; Understanding of project management methodologies and the ability to deploy methodologies based on project needs.
* Experience with MS Project, Project Server 2003, SharePoint and related suite of MS Office tools.
* Proven ability to manage projects successfully and deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
* Ability to perform multiple project planning cycles and resource scheduling.
* Understanding of group dynamics and organizational behavior. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* 5+ years (minimum) of Project Management experience in development and/or implementation related projects in matrix management
* Hosptiality Industry experience is preferred

Experience Required:

* Proven project management skills working with cross funtional teams in matrixed environment.
* Proven successful delivery of complex projects of various types; proven ability to communicate with various levels (including senior and executive management) within the organization.
* Exposure to SCRUM & AGILE methodologies desired.
