Large, growing, regional hospitality firm seeks Great, Sales-oriented General Manager! Our compensation offers a base salary, a very competitive bonus opportunity, as well as commission-based incentives in addition to full benefits and excellent growth potential within an international organization. We are looking for a combination of great sales experience and management prowess in a customer-service-dominated and professional setting! As the GM, you have overall responsibility for the sales and operations of your location, including the marketing, pipeline development, fiscal accountability, profitability and appearance. Your role is to retain and expand upon existing client relationships, foster and create new client relationships, and manage the delivery of all client services.
