Storage Village is a regional self storage company with 5 locations from Baltimore, Maryland to Chantilly, Virginia.The Position Our Millersville, MD location has an opportunity for an Assistant Manager or Associate whose primary responsibilities will include customer service and storage rental in Millersville, MD. Specific Responsibilities Assisting the Manager in the successful operation of our Self Storage Facility. Rental of storage units to customers that either call, email, or drop in. Rental of moving trucks. Handling customer inquires. Processing payments. Walk through inspections of the storage property to assure a first-class presentation
Qualifications Must truly enjoy working with and helping people A preferred minimum of 2 years in sales, retail, or marketing Experience in customer service Strong attention to detail and curb appeal A reliable car Pride of ownership in your work and the desire to perform at a high level 2 years of College Adaptability, resourcefulness, and strong problem solving skills
Salary and Benefits
Our generous compensation package includes base salary, performance bonuses, car allowance, vacation, sick leave and health insurance. Base salary will vary depending on level of experience.
