Sales Project Director

We are currently recruiting for a Project Director to oversee our Sales & Marketing operations on the island of Saint Maarten.At least 3 years Timeshare experience required!Summary:  This position is responsible for attaining defined sales targets; plans, controls and directs the daily activities of the on-site sales and marketing teams to obtain maximum sales efficiencies while maintaining high quality standards.  Responsible for overall selection and training process to ensure that the budgeted net sales are constantly met or exceeded each month.  The Project Director will be responsible for assisting in planning, directing and providing the leadership necessary to achieve the objectives of the specific site while maintaining a positive work environment for all employees.Qualifications: Proven successful track record directing a high profile timeshare marketing and sales project with a minimum of three to five years of experience.Experince gained through increasingly responsible management positions within timeshare marketing & sales.Strong ability to recruit, train and motivate individuals in the field.Excellent organizational skills, problem solving skills, conflict resolution and customer satisfaction skills.Proven ability to manage responsibilities while working in a fast paced environment.Proven ability to motivate and develop employees.Proven ability to understand and interpret financial documents.Proven excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)Ability to budget and forecast production.Bilingual a plus!  Committed to the highest standards of guest satisfaction and hospitality to more than 360,000 owners, Diamond Resorts International® offers team members competitive compensation and benefits packages and an opportunity to learn, grow and succeed within our organizational structure.
