The local owner/management group is currently seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to oversee the profitable day-to-day operations of this unique facility. Located near Boeing Field, Riverside Residences offers 118 fully-furnished, efficiency units to residents desiring a flexible housing alternative.

 

Job Description:

 

We are seeking an individual with the ability to prospect and identify new clients and maintain existing clients, solicit new business, network and provide outstanding customer service. The position requires a self-motivated individual who can convey an image of confidence in themselves, value in our company and leadership to others. The position requires an individual who can align themselves and their day-to-day functions with our core business values.

 

Job Requirements:

Experience in extended stay housing, corporate housing, apartment leasing or hotel sales (preferred but not required) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Confidence, enthusiasm and a strong dedication to the job and company Customer focused approach to problem solving and resolution skills Strong innovation and experimentation skills Knowledge of travel and/or relocation industry, current market trends and economic factors desirable Aggressively market and sell the property and services to corporations and individuals. Schedule outside appointments and physically meet with prospective customers  Develop and maintain customer base through networking, cold calls, appointments, and teleprospecting Maintain accurate customer hard files, client lists and prospect list Knowledge of demographics, apartments, and corporate housing providers in the local market Maintain understanding of seasonal and local market trends Prepare proposals and presentations for potential customers Conduct product and area tours for local and national customers as required Attend weekly sales meetings put on by the General Manager
