Ride The Ducks, Baltimore, MD, General Manager

Ride The Ducks is looking for a General Manager for our Baltimore operation. Ride The Ducks is part of Hershcend Family Entertainment and is the largest amphibious tour operator in the country. The summary of work includes, but not limited to; plan, coordinate, control and oversee all aspects of the business including sales, marketing, and operations.

Other responsibilities:Ensure RTDI guest experience standards are met or exceeded. Dispense advise,direction and authorization to carry out major plans, procedures and standards established by the management team. Develop and manage financial budgets for the operation. Coordinate staffing, training and development activities.

Preferred Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Working knowledge of the tourism and travel industry. Experience in supervising, coaching and development of staff. Experience in managing financial budgets.
