Restaurant Supervisor

 

You will be responsible for supervising all front-of-the-house restaurant operations and employees in specified food outlet.

Jack Daniel’s Bar & Grill

With the famed Tennessee sippin’ whiskey as its inspiration, Jack Daniel’s® Bar and Grill serves up savory food and tasty entertainment. The restaurant features an array of BBQ selections and “off-the-grillâ€� entrees made with Jack’s own sauces and glazes. But the best recipes might be found at the bar, where the Old No. 7 whiskey is featured in a host of refreshing specialties.  The 165-seat Jack Daniel’s® Bar & Grill turns into an entertainment lounge and nightclub in the evenings.

Le Café

Grab a bite at this casual café 24 hours a day. Set in the traditional style of a French bistro, you can enjoy sandwiches, salads, breakfast items and other delectables any time you like. An omelet for dinner, a burger for breakfast – you and your taste buds are in charge.

Asia

When you’re ready for something different, make a trip to Asia. Set against a contemporary backdrop, the restaurant features delicious Asian-fusion cuisine and authentic Vietnamese selections. Perfect for a quick snack or fast bowl of traditional Vietnamese noodle soup.

Le Beaucoup Buffet

If variety is the spice of life, get ready to live large. Inspired by the courtyard architecture of Louisiana and Texas, the buffet features American Tex/Mex, local and Asian style cuisine, along with an extensive selection of pastries and desserts. You’ll also find an array of fresh salads, vegetables, seafood and poultry, prime steaks and chops, Cajun and pasta dishes.

In-Room Dining

L’Auberge du Lac’s In-Room Dining is a fine dining experience within the comfort and convenience of your guest room or suite. Choose from an extensive menu — day or night — it's the perfect way to enjoy a lazy morning or a midnight snack!

 

 

 

Thorough understanding of full-service restaurant operation with knowledge of wines and alcoholic beverages is required.  Excellent customer relation skills, strong time management and organizational skills also required.

 

This knowledge and these skills are typically acquired through a high school degree, as well as four years' full-service restaurant experience, with a minimum of two years' supervisory experience; or through a Bachelor's degree in Restaurant Management or related field and two years' of restaurant experience.
