Restaurant POS Sales Executive

24x7 Hospitality Technology is a progressive, POS company on the fast track looking for an aggressive, self-reliant salesperson.

 

Responsibilities:  Develop lasting relationships with customers in order to maximize revenues for the company. Understand and articulate information regarding leading edge products & services. Prepare proposals that include hardware, software and services in order to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales & revenue objectives. Respond to customer requests for proposals that include all areas of products & services.  Interact with implementation personnel to understand the inner workings of the products and present this knowledge to customers.  Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion. Extensive local and some domestic travel is expected.  

 

Qualifications:  An Associate's Degree and a minimum of 1-2 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficient with MS Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Proven track record in the hospitality/POS industry a MUST. Ability to understand client needs. Comprehensive knowledge of how products and services can positively impact an organization’s operations. Ability to communicate and provide excellent product demonstrations. Ability to learn technical aspects of the products. Relationship-building skills: Capable of building and perpetuating profitable business partnerships and relationships, which promote long-term success. Working knowledge of spreadsheet software and word processing software. Must have reliable transportation, valid drivers license and have the ability and desire to travel locally 90% of the time, with occasional out of town travel. 

 Setting/Salary/Benefits:  Employee must be able to work from a virtual office out of one’s home when not on sales calls.  Employee will be trained to understand all POS systems currently sold.  Compensation is based on experience and results with medical and dental benefits package.  Background and credit history will be conducted prior to hiring, and a drug-free work environment is a must.
