GENERAL MANAGER

GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB: Assumes full responsibility for operations, training, and development of all employees within a Sonic Drive-in; including the execution of all policies, procedures, programs, and systems, including the Sonic Operations Manual. Creates and maintains an “Employer of Choice” environment. COMPENSATION: Competitive Base Salary based upon experience. Percentage of profits paid monthly. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: High School diploma or equivalent required. Restaurant management experience (QSR preferred); two (2) years required. Advanced studies in business, restaurant management, or related field are preferred. Proven experience managing all shifts without supervision.

CO- MANAGER & ASSISTANT  MANAGER

 

GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB: Assists in managing the operations of a Sonic Drive-in and periodically assumes responsibility for drive-in operations in the absence of other management. Participates in creating and maintaining an “Employer of Choice” environment. COMPENSATION: Competitive wages based on experienceEDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Six months entry-level restaurant management experience (QSR preferred) or one-year entry-level retail management experience is required. Proven experience running shifts without supervision.

POSITION PREREQUISITES: Demonstrated restaurant operations experience. Ability to interview, hire and train other employees. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Good communication and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to effectively drive sales and profits. Ability to drive initiatives to increase brand loyalty. Proven success of building and cultivating strong positive working relationships.  An Equal Opportunity Employer
