Reservations Administrative Assistant
Furnished Quarters, a major NY furnished housing provider has an immediate opening for a Reservations Administrative Assistant in our NY office.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
-Input reservations into property management software (OSCAR)
-Input, update and audit property management database (FQLive)
-Monitor temporary holds (pendings) on apartments for Sales & Reservations in FQLive
-Update reservations with reservation extensions, rate changes, and other changes in Salesforce
-Maintains well-documented, accurate, organized and up to date information for all departments
-Provide Assistant Reservations Manager & Inventory Rooms Controller assistance when necessary
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-1-2 years of experience in an administrative position.
-Experience in the hospitality, apartment management and/or the real estate industry is a plus.
-Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, Internet Explorer.
-Ability to work independently.
-Ability to multitask.
-Ability to communicate effectively with other team members and departments.
