Value Place has IMMEDIATE Property Manager opportunities at their greater Kansas City-area locations.  Looking for energetic, professional, & responsible leaders. 

 

The ideal individual must have Property Management experience, strong leadership skills, be goal-oriented and have a desire to grow professionally.  This job utilizes skills in Management and Marketing while providing rapid advancement opportunities. The Property Manager oversees all aspects of the property - Front Desk, Maintenance, Housekeeping, Safety & Marketing.  This position will be responsible for direction and training of all site personnel.  As such, they must work well with others and be equally comfortable in both an individual and team setting. Computer experience in Microsoft Office if required, as well as property management software experience.

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

 

Must interact positively with customers;

Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills;

Must be detail-oriented and well organized;

Experienced in selection, training, & motivation of staff;

Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite (including Word, Excel, and Outlook) is required;

Ideal candidate should be a self-starter, reliable, able to handle heavy phones, very good at problem solving and attention to detail.

Flexible demeanor and excellent customer service skills essential;

Prior experience as Hotel Manager or Apartment Property Manager preferred;

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience preferred;

Must have valid driver’s license.
