Join the team of a growing premier service offered at PetSmart. In our PetsHotel you will help ensure that all pet parents and guests have a pleasant experience by providing a safe, comfortable and fun environment. In this hands-on position you will be responsible for completing the daily tasks for all the pets in our care. We’re currently seeking candidates who enjoy working in a team environment*: Senior PetsHotel AssociateResponsibilities include:· Providing leadership and guidance for Pet Care and Guest Service Associates · Providing excellent customer service · Appropriately responding with urgency to any situation, including medical issues· Answering phones, making reservations on the computer and completing paperwork for each guest· Suggesting additional services to pet parents· Properly process guest transactions· Feeding and caring for guests· Walking dogs, conducting play times with groups of dogs and spending time with cats· Monitoring each guest to ensure they have clean water and comfortable bedding· Cleaning rooms, dishes and laundry You will also be trained in other departments & positions within the PetSmart store, and will be asked to work in other areas as needed. Candidates must be flexible in working a rotating schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. This position requires previous work experience in the services industry.
