We’re currently seeking candidates who enjoy working in a team environment: PetsHotel Manager The PetsHotel Manager will be responsible for the operations of a growing premier service offered at PetSmart. The PetsHotel manager ensures that all pet parents and guests have a pleasant experience by providing a safe, comfortable, and a fun environment. This is a hands on management position in which you’ll be responsible for completing the daily tasks for all pets in our care. The PetsHotel Manager is also responsible for creating a professional, visible business relationship with the community. Essential Job Functions: Hands-on experience managing a team of 15-30 people Ensure the health and safety of the pets in our care Drive to generate sales Budget control experience (payroll, shrink, sales, operating expenses, P & L) People management experience (staffing, scheduling, counseling, motivating employees) Ensure strict adherence to all PetsHotel policies and procedures Minimum Requirements: Computer literate Willing to work flexible hours including, evenings, weekends, & holidays High school diploma or GED Minimum 2 years of management experience in related industry Minimum of 3 years working in a retail, restaurant or hospitality environment Equivalent combination of education and experience Our great benefits include: Competitive Pay Comprehensive health plan: medical, dental, vision Stock Purchase Plan 401K/savings plan Discount on PetSmart products and services Opportunities for career advancement If you’re passionate about pets and want to build a dynamic retail career, then why not combine your love for pets with a rewarding career at PetSmart?
