As our Project Manager, Brand Planning, you will create and develop long/short-term plans for the strategic positioning of popular lodging brands. These strategies will improve our operations, financial performance, franchise sales and guest/franchisee satisfaction.Duties will include leading cross-functional teams, developing tactical initiatives, managing resources and assuring timelines are met. Analyzing financial plus operational performance, you will capitalize on opportunities for best achieving brand goals. Additional responsibilities include overseeing the creation of presentations, spreadsheets and other tools for communicating findings/initiatives to interested parties as appropriate.The Qualified Candidate Has: Bachelor’s degree – MBA highly desired At least 3-4 years of background in program or project management, preferably with a Fortune 500 company  Ability to gather, analyze and summarize data ranging from moderate to high level complexity  Exceptional multitasking, budget management, relationship-building, organizational and interpersonal/listening communication skills  Strong Excel and PowerPoint proficiency  Franchising or hospitality experience is a plus The Silver Spring corporate office appeared in the Washingtonian Magazine’s “Great Places to Workâ€� two most recent rankings.
