PROFESSIONAL GENERAL MANAGER WITH HEAVY SALES EXPERIENCE
The General Manager position is responsible for actively driving leads, closing deals & maximizing opportunities while managing the P&L with overall ownership and accountability for the center(s) standards, team, customer service and productivity. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIESEffectively and consistently sell all products and services at competitive/approved rates; including maximizing revenue from existing clients.Retain existing clients and manage the renewal process in order to maximize retention & occupancy.Pro-actively self generate leads & effectively manage the pipeline generated through marketing/brokers.Ensure the overall customer experience “Wow Factor”Recruit, train, retain and develop a high performing team.Timely & accurately maintain Pivotal (Sales System) & Titan/PeopleSoft (Billing)Ensure that billing and collections policies are followed with 100% compliance.Ensure daily communication and feedback with center team on move-ins, move-outs, procedure/policy changes, financial goals/results, etc. ACCOUNTABILITIESP&LSalesOperationsCenter staff leadership & developmentCustomer satisfaction MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSProven success in a business to business sales environmentExperience managing a teamP&L experience and accountabilityPassion for a fast-paced environment with consistent changeOperational management experienceAbility to communicate effectively and professionally.Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work effectively with minimal supervision.Strong customer service skills, including the ability to remain flexible in high pressure or continually changing situations.Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint.3-5 years of work experience, in a similar roleCollege degree preferred Company: The Regus Group Location: Manhattan, NY 10022 Salary/Wage: Base Salary plus Commissions/Bonus and Great Benefits Status: Full Time, Employee Job Category: Business/Strategic Management Company: The Regus Group Reference Code: ManhattanGM
