PC Support Technician

Swank currently seeks a PC Support Technician to join our Information Technology team in our St. Louis, MO corporate office. The PC Support Technician is responsible for: Help Desk and general "dashboard" support; answering incoming calls related to the support of applications, hardware, and other equipment installed at our 275+ field offices and local corporate office including training, documentation, and support of application modification and implementation. This role also requires maintenance of hardware and software inventory information. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a high level of customer service and timeliness in their work. This position is also responsible for upholding customer service and satisfaction standards.This position will also foster continuous improvement and organizational performance, work effectively with other I/T teams, maintain equipment in excellent operating condition, and keep the Computer Room in a clean, well organized, safe, operable condition.

Experience*2+ years of professional PC Support experience is required. *The technical aspects of this position include: support with Printer Troubleshooting, Hardware Computer Builds & Configurations, Terminal Server Computing, DSL Troubleshooting, Systems Support (E-mail, Internet, PPTP, Citrix, PO Web system, Financial Forecast and Virtual Visit Web), Knowledge of NT4 and W2K and XP. *AS400 Experience is a plus! *The work environment is team-based and fast-paced. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, present a professional attitude and demeanor, be able to adapt to the daily changing work environment, and proactively resolve issues.
