Metro Marketing Manager

We have an immediate opening for a Metro Marketing Manager  to join our events sales team.

 

Summary of duties:

· Responsible for work performance of the sales staff.

· Hire and train sales staff.

· Enforce all standards including minimum sales standards, visuals, collateral, dress code and lead collection. 

· Significant operational responsibilities including payroll, new hire processing, ordering and report generation.

· Maintain and develop professional relationship with our National Package Sales partners.


 

 Our sales team promotes great vacation getaways for families to travel to any of over 10 different locations nationwide, Including:

 

 

·  Orlando, FL

 

·  Atlanta, GA

 

·  Chicago, IL

 

·  Las Vegas, NV

 

·  Smoky Mountains, TN

 

·  Aruba

Requirements


 High school diploma or equivalent required. College course work or degree preferred.Sales experience required.  Management experience preferred.Sales management experience is a plus.  Knowledge and understanding of the timeshare industry, OPC marketing and telemarketing sales is helpful. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.Self Driven Desire to Succeed Positive Attitude Team Spirit Trade show experience a plus
