Marketing Representative What does Hilton Grand Vacations offer you as a new team member? As a Marketing Representative you are responsible for providing customer service to guests at our off-property locations while generating leads and booking qualified timeshare preview tours for prospective owners, club members and other qualified guests to achieve marketing plan objectives. The Marketing Representative will assist in the implementation and tracking of current and future marketing programs, according to the standards of professionalism adhered to by Hilton Grand Vacations Company (HGVC). Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide recommendations and make reservations for island activities/excursions, using ATCO system to efficiently generate activity passes to owners/guests. Serve as Ambassador for the Big Island by delivering verbal briefings and informing owners and guests of island amenities and activities available to them during their stay. Proactively attract prospective owners, club members and other guests to attend the HGVC timeshare preview tour with the Vacation Gallery. Through professional persuasion, position qualified prospects with curiosity and interest in knowing more about the benefits of HGVC resort ownership. Communicate the promotional gifting qualifications to potential preview tour attendees and gifts options currently available to them. Confirm preview tour reservations in accordance with availability. Review invitations for qualifications of potential preview tour attendees to determine appropriate marketing approach (courtesy tour or gifted tour). Provide information that promotes the sale of bounce back packages and other HGVC promotions. Effectively implements marketing programs that meet or exceed performance goals. Monitors inventory levels of marketing materials and promotional items. Provides legible individual reporting forms, daily summary forms, contact info sheets, pre-gifting sheets, time sheets, invitations, grand prize drawing forms and activator cards, etc., to the Marketing Office. Fosters an environment of outstanding guest services for owners, guests and team members Attend and be punctual for all Sales, Marketing and/or Training meetings and other work related events as directed by management Maintain required levels of tours and VPG, per management guidelines. Other duties and tasks as assigned by Team Leader or Marketing Manager Job Requirements : Job Requirements Minimum of two years experience in a customer service, sales or marketing related role. High School diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred. Ability to maintain flexibility and willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays at multiple local locations to ensure coverage for assigned desk. Must possess outstanding customer service orientation. Demonstrated interpersonal skills with effective communication both orally and in writing. Demonstrates excellence in positive public relations that affect marketing effectiveness, with ability to represent HGVC in a courteous and professional manner. Good understanding of the Big Island and its amenities. Must have working knowledge of a computer and its operating systems with basic typing skills. Ability to learn web-based software programs.
