Looking for A/P and A/R Clerks

In search of experienced A/P and A/R Clerks to compile, process and maintain accounts payable and purchasing records for construction projects.Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role. Process approve expenditure Requests in accordance with departmental polices and procedures.Generate and distributes P.O. Route invoices Check and verifies invoices for payment Prepare invoice deduction notices as necessary Print Accounts Payable reports and maintain all accounts payable files.
