As an International Sales Professional you are responsible for effectively delivering the vacation ownership presentation to Korean speaking tour guests in accordance with the standards of HGVC while maximizing net sales volume. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lead the tour guest(s) through the "discovery phase" to identify trends relative to lifestyle, vacation planning and spending habits. Introduce the HGVC vacation ownership program to the tour guest(s) through video presentation, sales gallery strolling tour, property and model tours. Deliver a presentation of HGVClub Resorts, Resort Vacation Exchange, Hilton Worldwide Family of Hotels, HHonors and ClubPartner Perks. Demonstrate the value of HGVC vacation ownership ensuring that the needs of the tour guest(s) are met and expectations are exceeded, and "pre-closing" the guest for the sale of HGVC clubpoints or a VIP package. Liaison with Sales Manager to communicate needs and interests of the tour guest(s) to best position the Sales Manager to "close" the sale. Make recommendations to sales management to maximize net sales volume, inventory and guest relations. Demonstrates an understanding and commitment to all operational policies, procedures and philosophies of HGVC Attends all departmental meetings as requested. Fosters an environment of outstanding guest services for owners, guests and team members. Other duties and tasks as assigned by Sales Manager or Senior Sales Manager. Job Requirements : Job Requirements Minimum of two years experience in a service-driven industry, preferably in a sales capacity. Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience preferred. Must possess an active real estate license for the state of Hawaii. Bi-lingual fluency in Korean/English both oral and written. Japanese fluency preferred.
