Liberty Investment Properties, Inc. is a Value Place franchisee. The right candidate will have the opportunity to begin on the ground floor with a growing company to manage a newly constructed Value Place property. Our current need is for a Hotel Manager for the Clarcona-Ocoee Location.

The Hotel Manager oversees an extended stay property requiring weekly stays or longer. The properties have very limited housekeeping and no frills. This is a hands on position with much time spent on the front desk servicing guest check in and check out. The Hotel Manager is responsible for generating profit to meet or exceed budget expectations as well as marketing the property.

The Hotel Manager also manages property operations and supervises the housekeeping staff and maintenance person. The front desk is open M-F 9AM-6PM, SAT. 10AM-2PM and is closed on Sundays.
