Clean driving record required. Pre-employment drug screen required. Must have strong HVAC and electrical troubleshooting and repair skills.  3-5 years minimum experience required as well as HVAC/EPA Universal Certification required.  The Cluster Technician is a skilled technician primarily responsible for the preventive maintenance and service repair of the major mechanical and life safety equipment at multiple properties within a geographic area or cluster.
