We have an immediate opening for a Cluster Engineering Technician to cover primarily the Houston region. Occasional travel to the San Antonio, College Station and Austin area may be required on a as needed basis. Clean driving record required. Pre-employment drug screen required. Must have strong HVAC and electrical troubleshooting and repair skills. 3-5 years minimum experience required as well as HVAC/EPA Universal Certification required. The Cluster Technician is a skilled technician primarily responsible for the preventive maintenance and service repair of the major mechanical and life safety equipment at multiple properties within a geographic area or cluster. Experience with commercial kitchen and laundry equipment and other MEP skills highly desirable.
