Become our expert in sales recruiting and utilize your expertise in cold calling, networking, internet search and other creative sourcing techniques to develop a national pipeline of exceptional sales talent.  Other responsibilities include providing HR support to sales offices ensuring success in employee relations, training and development, compensation & benefits and administration of HR policies and programs. 

 

We seek an HR generalist with strong recruiting skills that demonstrates a high level of professionalism, organization and ability to communicate and influence effectively with hiring managers and outside candidates.  Experience with candidate generation in an agency or search environment is a plus.  You must be self-motivated, results driven and possess proven organizational, strategic and creative thinking skills.  College degree required; PHR a plus.  Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.
