WORK FOR THE BEST!!!! The Caribe Royale Orlando All-Suites Hotel and Convention Center, is in search of a highly organized, dynamic leader to manage our Group Housing department. The ideal candidate must posses · Management experience in a large convention hotel · Must be familiar with group contracts and contract terms. Ex: attrition, concessions, reductions · Administer group commission budget · Responsible for overall staff performance · Highly involved in groups revenue management · Experience with Front Office PMS system and Sales System · Must be able to comprehend “standard deviation” and how to use it in adjusting group blocks.
