Responsibilities Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing quality guest service at check in and check out following proper procedures. Answers telephone with proper etiquette and transfers calls accordingly. Balances end of day shift report along with bank. Completes additional duties such as stocking, listing items that need to be ordered and daily bucket checks. Qualifications Front Desk Agent must maintain a high standard of professionalism to ensure guest satisfaction. Must have previous customer service skills and basic computer knowledge. Previous Timeshare Ware or Atlas experience a plus. Able to work swing shift, weekends and holidays.  This is a part time position.
